Gold Price in Pakistan Hits Record High as Per Tola Rate Crosses Rs563,000

Gold prices have once again surged sharply, breaking previous records in both international and local markets.

In the global bullion market, gold jumped by $133 per ounce, reaching $5,411 per ounce. Following the international rally, local markets also recorded a massive increase.

According to the Sindh Sarafa Bazar Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs13,300, pushing the new rate to Rs563,862. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs11,402, reaching Rs483,420.

Silver prices also climbed, with per tola silver gaining Rs188 to reach Rs10,050.

Just days earlier, gold had already seen a strong rally, but the latest surge has set a new benchmark in Pakistan’s bullion market. Analysts say ongoing global uncertainty and investor demand for safe assets are driving the upward trend.

Investors are closely monitoring the market as volatility continues in precious metals.
